Order 24 hours a day via our mobile app. The app is available for iPhone and Android mobile devices and can be found in their respective app stores by searching "White Labs." Shipping Information

Thanks to White Labs’ various delivery options, a domestic/international distribution network and strong partnerships with wholesalers and retailers, our team is able to make pure liquid yeast and fermentation-related products accessible to all professionals and homebrewers. Whether you’re receiving a package within the US or across the world, we are committed to delivering fresh yeast via temperature-controlled environments, from production to its final destination. To meet this standard, the packages leaving our facilities are shipped cold in customized boxes with foil insulated bags and ice packs to ensure ideal temperatures are maintained from transit to delivery.

The six White Labs locations—San Diego, CA; Boulder, CO; Davis, CA; Asheville, NC; Copenhagen, Denmark; Hong Kong—are helping provide fresh White Labs’ yeast to people around the world. 

At all White Labs locations, customers residing near our facilities are able to opt-in for a will call pickup when placing their order. Professional brewers and homebrew retailers have the options of placing orders in advance via our mobile app, yeastman.com or a Customer Service Representative and choosing “will-call pickup” during checkout. This method allows you to save on shipping costs, go-green with less packaging and chat with our friendly and knowledgeable White Labs’ team upon arrival. We also offer convenient delivery options which include both domestic and international shipping via several trusted carriers. Customers residing in select zip codes from Southern to Central California are now eligible for the FedEx** ground shipping option with next day delivery from White Labs San Diego. Customers in North Carolina and select zip codes in South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia may also take advantage of this recently expanded FedEx** shipping option for orders from White Labs Asheville. If these options apply to you, “next-day ground shipping” will be displayed in the mobile app or Yeastman during checkout.

Guarantees and Terms of Service

White Labs Yeast Guarantee: We strive to produce the best products possible. Yeast and bacteria are living, microbiological products which are subject to many conditions. We understand that deviations impacting the health and performance of yeast may happen in the brewhouse, fermentation, production, shipping, handling, or storage, and may be difficult to identify. For that reason, we employ a 'no fault' policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of our product, notify us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will replace or credit you for the full amount of the White Labs product purchased (less shipping charges). We encourage customers to test all raw ingredients, including yeast, before using. If customers are not satisfied with a fermentation, decisions to dispose of product or other outcomes are the sole responsibility of the customer. White Labs limit of liability is the replacement or credit for the full amount of the White Labs product purchased (less shipping charges). 

White Labs Guarantee for Products and Services other than White Labs Yeast: You may return unopened and unused items, other than White Labs liquid yeast, bacteria, Brettanomyces and SCOBY, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange (less shipping). No refunds or credits are given for laboratory items or services provided by White Labs.

Limitation of Liability: THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY RELATING TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INGREDIENT COSTS, SALES COSTS, OR LABOR COSTS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
