About this Recipe: 

This is one of our favoritbe beers we've done. Great bitterness with a resin-like flavor and aroma with a touch of roast. WLP013 London Ale Yeast creates a balance between fruity esters and hops flavor and aroma while WLP862 Cry Havoc makes a clean lager-like crispness in this beer.

2.8% Carafa III (5.8oz)
