6.5 Gallons Mash Temp 150°F
Estimated: OG: 1.060 FG: 1.012 ABV: 6.3%
Actual: FG: 1.010 ABV: 5.2%

8oz - Carafa III
8oz - Chocolate Malt
Hop Additions
(60 min) Chinook 1oz
(10 min) Centennial 1oz
(10 min) Chinook 1oz
(5 min) Chinook 1oz
(5 min) Centennial 1oz
Yeast/Fermentation
WLP518 Opshaug Kveik Ale Yeast
Knock out at 90°F and pitch yeast. Set fermentation temp at 80° for the remainder of fermentation.
