Join White Labs at the 2018 Craft Brewers Conference!

White Labs is heading to Nashville for the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) April 30-May 3. Our team will be attending and exhibiting at the conference. Drop by our booth (#816) to say hi and learn more about our new offerings and services. You can find some special collaboration beers made with our yeast at Cargill’s booth (#300). Breweries showcasing beers made with White Labs yeast include: Blackstone Brewing Co., Goodwood Brewing Co., Sugar Creek Brewing Co., Yazoo Brewing Co., and Coelacanth Brewing Co.

We’ll be pouring beer at the Welcome Reception on Monday, April 30 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. too. If you’re there, stop by and try our Tabberer IPA brewed with two different yeast strainsone brewed with WLP001 California Ale Yeast® and the other with WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast.

It’s not all fun and games (okay, maybe it is), but if you are looking to do a little work and gain some increased knowledge then join us for our Yeast Handling for Brewers class from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on April 30, at the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt. The class—led by Chris White, Ph.D., founder, president and CEO; Neva Parker, vice president of operations; Troels Prahl, vice president of innovation and European operations; and Karen Fortmann, Ph.D., senior research scientist—offers an in-depth look at how to best harvest and store yeast for optimal performance.
