Celebrate SDBW with White Labs

White Labs is proud to participate in 2017 San Diego Beer Week, when we’ll be hosting a slew craft beer-centric events at our San Diego Tasting Room. Among the events taking place from November 3 to 13, we’ll be featuring adorable pups, specialty White Labs beers, a hangover brunch and more. We’ve conveniently posted all of our events at whitelabs.com/SDBW, and here are a few highlights:

Enjoy White Labs Brewing beers at the two-day celebration of San Diego Beer Week, organized by the San Diego Brewers Guild. Plus, be sure to try “Capitol of Craft IPA,” the official beer of San Diego Beer Week that was brewed in collaboration with some of our region's award-winning brewers. This special, celebratory IPA will be released and on tap during this event. To help make this beer possible, White Labs donated WLP090 San Diego Super Ale Yeast. Calling all dog and beer lovers! White Labs is teaming up with the Labrador Rescuers, a nonprofit dedicated to finding good homes for foster dogs, and hosting an event to raise awareness for the Southern California-based organization. Join us in helping the organization find volunteers, homes for dogs, and raise a pint for a good cause. During this special event, guests will be able to meet adorable puppies, participate in opportunity drawings, play outdoor games, and enjoy specialty beers on tap along with delicious food truck offerings.

Closeout San Diego Beer Week with White Labs! For volume 21 of the Fermented Pairings Series, we're joining forces with Biersal Food Truck and taking over the San Diego Tasting Room for a special, SDBW-rendition featuring fermented brunch foods. Enjoy five beers perfectly paired with four brunch-themed plates, as each one showcases the culinary art of fermentation. Full menu includes:

Welcome beermosa: White Labs Hansen Ale with orange juice
First Course: Cultured yogurt, plum jam and toasted almonds
Paired with: Belgian Blonde Ale with WLP530 Abbey Ale Yeast
Second Course: Sauerkraut Pancake, bacon-apple butter
Paired with: Dark Lager with WLP845 Fast Lager Yeast
Third Course: Ale brisket hash, locally laid egg, fermented jalapeno onion relish
