White Labs Davis is closed to the public; however, it plays an integral part in the development of new processes and techniques implemented at all White Labs locations. White Labs Davis opened within Sudwerk Brewery in 2009, embracing the proximity of U.C. Davis and the university's renowned brewing and wine programs.
