Comments: Creates very clean and crisp beers! I just created my best Pilsner using this yeast and I will be using it again. I highly recommend this yeast for dry and refreshing summer lagers.

Comments: Of all beer I brewed (12 all grain), this yeast strain have produced my favorite beers. Fermentation has been done at 55-57F, I'm able to taste every subtle note of hops and malt in my recipe. It's simply fantastic!

Comments: Great yeast! Its a real workhorse, really malty profile easy to handle. I took it to six generations and still produced amazing beer! Really recommend it to anyone looking for a solid lager yeast.
